Job descriptionLead annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans. Ensure robust controllership, compliance, and risk management across business units. Monitor working capital, cash flow, and overall financial health of the portfolio. Drive financial performance for plants, manufacturing, and supply chain operations. Manage cost efficiencies, productivity, and operational KPIs across the value chain. Support vendor negotiations, procurement, and contracts from a finance perspective. Prepare business performance reports for leadership and board reviews. Drive standardization of MIS, dashboards, and KPIs for effective decision-making. Ensure accurate financial reporting aligned with corporate governance standards. Lead finance transformation projects (ERP, SAP, process digitization, automation). Implement GST / compliance processes and manage transitions effectively. Partner on strategic projects including new business launches, R&D investments, and financial inclusion initiatives. Qualified CA with 6 –12 years of progressive experience in Business Finance / Commercial Finance / Controllership. Proven experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Manufacturing industries preferred. Strong exposure to P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and supply chain finance. Experience in SAP, GST implementation, and finance transformation will be an advantage.
