Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media across Google, Meta, YouTube & SEO.

Aim : maximize ROI, improve lead quality & drive patient footfall across all 14 centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.) for maximum ROI.
• Track daily spends, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates – take corrective actions quickly.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, Pixel, and UTM tagging.
• Drive A / B testing for creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
• Review lead quality and coordinate with CRM to improve appointment conversion.
• Manage the agency relationship with weekly performance reviews and clear KPIs.
• Oversee SEO efforts to rank for key specialties and geographies.
• Deliver weekly & monthly performance dashboards to leadership
