Micro Labs - Business Applications Lead - Portfolio Management

As the Business Applications Lead, you will be a key leader responsible for the strategic direction, implementation, optimization, and support of our critical suite of business applications. You will work closely with various business units to understand their needs, identify opportunities for improvement through technology, and ensure our application landscape effectively supports our operational and strategic objectives.

This role requires a strong blend of technical acumen, business process understanding, project management skills, and the ability to effectively lead and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and user satisfaction of our core business applications.

1. Application Portfolio Management :

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for our business applications portfolio, aligning with business goals and identifying opportunities for improving business processes, innovation and optimization.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of our business applications, including selection, implementation, upgrades, maintenance, and retirement.
• Lead the design and implementation of new business applications and enhancements to existing systems, ensuring they meet business needs and technical requirements.
• Oversee the integration of various business applications to ensure seamless data flow and efficient business processes.
• Ensure the provision of effective and timely support for business applications, establishing clear service level agreements and driving continuous improvement in support processes.
• Monitor the performance of business applications, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Develop and deliver training programs and documentation to facilitate user adoption and effective utilization of business applications.
