Role Overview :

Our Partner Business Model is a core growth driver, where we work closely with logistics partners to expand adoption and business across India. We are looking for a Senior Manager – Partner Business to lead the sales and client engagement function for our partner segment. This role is crucial for driving client retention, business continuity, and year-on-year growth, while also expanding our market share by onboarding clients from competitor platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners and fleet owners.
• Ensure business continuity and year-on-year revenue growth from existing client base.
• Actively identify and convert opportunities from competitor client bases to expand Axestrack's portfolio.
• Manage the entire sales cycle for the partner business segment.
• Collaborate with a small team (1–2 people) while functioning as an individual contributor for core client management.
• Drive cross-selling and upselling of solutions within the partner ecosystem.
• Develop a strong understanding of Axestrack's telematics and IoT solutions (GPS tracking, Dashcams and video telematics, fleet management software, etc.) to effectively communicate value to clients.
• Work closely with Support, Operations, and Technical teams to resolve client queries and ensure seamless service delivery.
