Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager (Aviation) located in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales strategies, developing and maintaining relationships with clients and OEMs, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes market analysis, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing sales deals. The Sales Manager will also coordinate with internal teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in aviation or related industries
• Strong understanding of Civil Aviation and Defense operations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage client relationships and understand customer needs
• Experience in market analysis and developing sales strategies
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field
• Willingness to travel as required
• Experience with OEM partnerships and familiarity with aviation-specific systems is a plus
