Role : Operations Manager (4–5 Years Experience)

Location : Delhi, India

Employment Type : Full-time, On-site

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Manager with 4–5 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations, supply chain processes, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Shopify operations and advanced Excel skills, along with a proven ability to optimize workflows and drive efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily operations across production, logistics, and fulfillment.

Handle

Shopify store operations , including order management, inventory syncing, product listings, and sales tracking.

Utilize

Excel for data analysis, reporting, inventory planning, and performance monitoring.

Streamline processes to improve productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and timely order fulfillment.

Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and support financial planning.

Implement SOPs, policies, and KPIs to ensure smooth and scalable operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

including procurement, marketing, and customer service to ensure seamless coordination.

Manage vendor relationships and optimize supply chain efficiency.

Identify operational bottlenecks and provide data-backed solutions for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

4–5 years of experience

in operations management, preferably within a D2C or fashion / e-commerce environment.

Strong expertise in

process optimization, inventory control, and quality compliance.

Advanced proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

— including data analysis, dashboards, formulas, and reporting.

Excellent

analytical, problem-solving, and organizational

skills.

Proven

leadership and team coordination

capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree in

Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience in the

fashion or apparel industry

will be an added advantage.
