Working days : 5 days a week (Rotational Shifts)

Responsibilities :

Maintaining customer focus at all times and responding to customer inquiries over e-mail, phone, and chat.

Taking Period ownership of issues raised by users / experts and working with cross-functional teams to investigate, escalate, and resolve them at the earliest for customer delight.

Maintaining knowledge of all existing and upcoming products / services of the company.

Capturing customer feedback and channeling to internal teams for appropriate action.

Monitoring real-time dashboards and coordinating with experts whenever required

Requirements :

Graduation / Post Graduation

Looking for Freshers who are looking for internships and full time opportunities

Willing to work in the rotational shift with weekdays as weekly off

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).

Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel)
