Job description

Requirements

  • As you’ll be doing sales hiring you’ll be required with a minimum of 1.5+ years of experience in a sales role, in Inside sales with Edtech B2C.
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Demonstrated stability, with at least one year of sustained experience in previous roles..
  • Prior experience in roles such as Business Development Executive or Associate
  • Strong knowledge on sales strategies, logical answering, Target planning and Reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • An individual with excellent regional Language communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills.
  • Reliable and trustworthy individuals who can easily build rapport with prospects.
  • People with a strong sense of empathy and great patience.
  • People with a systematic approach to building funnels, tracking feedback, prioritising tasks, and consistently exceeding targets within the deadlines
  • A Bachelor's degree in any field
