Job description

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for expanding partnerships with fleet operators, managing contract negotiations, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new fleet partners. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the fleet business, and a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets. Frequent travel will be involved, and the position will be under third-party payroll.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Fleet Expansion : Identify and onboard new fleet partners to expand the network.
  • Contract Negotiation : Establish and maintain strong working relationships with fleet partners through contract discussions.
  • Sales & Acquisition : Achieve and exceed monthly acquisition targets.
  • Onboarding Support : Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new partners.
  • Market Feedback : Provide real-time insights to the operations team about fleet partner concerns and market demands.
  • Engagement & Retention : Develop strategies to keep fleet partners engaged and maximize their vehicle utilization.
  • Brand Representation : Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the value proposition to partners.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in B2B sales, strong negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel frequently.
