Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, engage, and nurture potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Conduct in-depth discovery calls and product demonstrations to showcase value propositions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product, to refine offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and market insights using CRM tools.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position the product effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.2-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or enterprise software solutions.Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms (not a must have)Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or regulatory industries is a plus.Skills Required
