Overview
You'll be the COO's right hand, handling both executive support and building their personal brand across social media. This means managing their schedule, travel, and communications while also creating content, managing their LinkedIn / Twitter presence, and using their platform to grow the company's visibility. Two distinct skill sets, one role.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant Functions
- Coordinate scheduling across different time zones, prioritize meetings, and manage the COO's daily agenda
- Screen calls, manage correspondence, draft emails, and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare meeting agendas, compile briefing materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries
- Process expense reports, manage budgets for events and travel, and handle invoice approvals
- Manage office logistics, coordinate with facilities, and handle administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field3-5 years of executive assistant experience, preferably supporting C-level executives2-3 years of social media management and digital marketing experienceExceptional written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) and scheduling toolsAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management toolsExperience with content creation and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite a plus)Strong understanding of personal branding and thought leadership principlesExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesHigh level of discretion and ability to handle confidential informationProactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
