We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales, build client relationships, and expand our presence in the IT and engineering recruitment sector in Bangalore.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT and engineering recruitment sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored staffing solutions.
Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and industry events.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction.
Prepare and present proposals, service agreements, and pricing structures to clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Should be willing to travel across states in India as per the requirement of business.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience : 2-5 years in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the recruitment industry (IT & engineering preferred).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn for networking.
