Job descriptionManage editors, contractors, and vendors—ensure deadlines are met and quality is consistent. Hold team members accountable without me needing to "babysit." Oversee scheduling, client follow-up, and admin tasks so I stay focused on high-value activities. Support content workflows (podcast, social media, video editing) and keep the process smooth from recording → publishing. Manage marketing campaigns, email sequences, and social media scheduling. Ensure a seamless client journey from onboarding through retention. Proactively manage my calendar, priorities, and commitments. Handle communication, follow-up, and reminders so nothing is missed. Create space in my schedule for strategy, creativity, and relationship-building. Strategic Operator – You think like a COO : spotting gaps, creating order, and running with ideas. Systems Integrator – You understand tools (CRMs, automations, project management platforms, marketing systems) and can make them work together. Manager at Heart – You enjoy leading people, setting accountability, and keeping projects on track. Marketing Savvy – You know how content, branding, and client experience fit into growth. Entrepreneurial Mindset – You thrive in a growing, fast-moving environment and are motivated by performance-based rewards. Communicator – Clear, concise, proactive in updates—never leaving me guessing. 3+ years in operations, project management, or executive assistant roles. Proven ability to manage teams and contractors remotely. Experience with CRM systems, project management tools, and marketing automation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working with limited direction and high autonomy. I spend 90%+ of my time coaching clients, creating content, and building the brand. You are the hub of operations—projects move forward without me needing to push. Our systems are streamlined, documented, and scalable. The team feels supported and accountable, and clients experience seamless service.
About The Role
I am seeking an Executive Assistant who operates like a Operation Manager cum Executive Assistant—not just a task-doer, but a true partner who takes ownership of systems, people, and processes. Your mission is to free me from manager / technician work so I can stay in my genius zone : coaching men, advising clients, creating content, and building the brand.
This role blends operations management, project oversight, and marketing support. You will keep the trains running on time, ensure accountability across the team, and integrate systems so nothing falls through the cracks.

- Anticipate bottlenecks and solve problems before they reach me.
