Description :
We are looking for a seasoned Workday HCM professional to lead and support Workday implementations, maintenance, and integrations across multiple functional areas.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation projects, L2 / L3 support, and a strong understanding of Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Time Tracking, Benefits, Payroll, Security, and more.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead multiple Workday HCM implementations end-to-end across functional areas such as Core HCM, Compensation, Time Tracking, Benefits, Payroll, and Security administration.
- Configure Workday workflows, rules, validations, notifications, and other functional elements in collaboration with Recruitment / Talent Management.
- Manage integrations between Workday and other ERP / enterprise systems using APIs, integration templates, and connectors.
- Analyze complex integrations, assess release impacts, and plan regression testing.
- Actively engage in the Workday community to identify trending solutions and recommend improvements for system implementation.
- Ensure data management complies with regulatory and geographic requirements.
- Provide L2 support : debug, triage, escalate, resolve, deploy configuration changes, and document root causes.
- Provide L3 support : collaborate with vendors and product teams to enhance workflows, configurations, and features per business needs.
- Capture end-user requirements for enhancements (SRs) and coordinate with vendors for configuration changes.
- Support end-user education, issue resolution, and maintain knowledge base documentation.
- Utilize ServiceNow for tracking support tickets and maintenance activities.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills :
Experience in healthcare or regulated industries.Strong familiarity with Workday business processes, security, integrations, and reporting.Understanding of Agile development practices and collaborative project delivery.Exposure to AI / ML capabilities within Workday or related platforms (e.g., automation triggers, smart suggestions).Knowledge of Workday release management and feature enablement.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional project teams(ref : hirist.tech)
