About the company

Navo is a VC funded startup, building India's largest fashion B2B e-commerce platform. Think of it like Myntra for wholesale. With offices in Gurgaon, Delhi, Surat, Ludhiana, we are already working with 5 lakh + shopkeepers, with aim to reach 1 cr+ users in next 18 months. Founders are IIT / IIM / ISB alumni, with leadership experience at McKinsey, Paytm, Tata the role

• We are looking for a growth manager to drive hyper-growth in the next few months. Role includes
• Executing paid marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google, Youtube, to drive app installs of retailers in Tier 2+ towns
• Setting up other digital channels of growth, including social media presence, influencer partnerships, referrals
• Work directly with content editors and creators for creatives
• Analyse campaign performance and iterate
