Job descriptionConduct cold calling campaigns to engage potential clients Execute strategic cold email campaigns with personalized messaging Follow up consistently with prospects through multiple touchpoints Schedule appointments and demos for the Business Development Manager Research target industries and identify key decision-makers Analyze competitor activities and market trends Maintain updated knowledge of our service offerings : Social Media Management Branding & Brand Strategy Performance Marketing (PPC, Paid Social) Ecommerce Website Development Real Estate Marketing & Lead Generation Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Maintain accurate records in CRM systems Prepare lead reports and performance metrics Support the Business Development Manager with administrative tasks Coordinate meeting schedules and follow-up activities Participate in training sessions on digital marketing services Learn sales techniques and lead qualification processes Develop understanding of client needs and pain points Grow knowledge of the digital marketing industry Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field Fresh graduates or students in final year are encouraged to apply Previous internship experience in sales or marketing is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with cold calling and phone-based conversations Strong research and analytical abilities Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts Proficiency in MS Office suite and email platforms Self-motivated with strong organizational skills Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence Enthusiastic and eager to learn Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset Professional demeanor and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy Monthly stipend of ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 based on qualifications and performance Performance-based incentives for exceeding lead generation targets Hands-on experience in digital marketing industry Professional development and mentoring opportunities Direct exposure to business development processes Training on digital marketing services and industry best practices Opportunity to work with experienced professionals Potential for full-time employment based on performance Full-time office-based internship Supportive and collaborative team culture Access to modern tools and technologies Regular feedback and performance reviews
