• Design Excellence :  Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to craft engaging user interfaces.
• User Insights :  Develop user personas, flows, and journey maps to define and enhance user experiences.
• Research-Driven Approach :  Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine design concepts.
• Consistency in Design :  Build style guides, design systems, and reusable components to ensure cohesive UI across products.
• Accessibility & Responsiveness :  Ensure designs meet WCAG standards and are optimized for all screen sizes.
• Continuous Learning :  Stay updated with the latest UI / UX trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
