Junior Equity Derivatives Sales Trader

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Equity Derivatives Sales Trader to join our Institutional Equities team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in executing large arbitrage books and managing directional and options flows. This role demands a strong understanding of Equity Derivatives strategies and the ability to handle high-volume execution across various trading strategies

Key Responsibilities :

Manage execution for large arbitrage books with precision and efficiency across Arb, Roll, Direction and Option

Collaborate with senior traders and execution team to ensure seamless execution

Identify Opportunities and mispricing across strategies – Roll, Arb, Options

Maintain high standards of compliance and risk management

Key Skills & Competencies :

Strong understanding of Arbitrage , Roll , and Options strategies

Proven ability to manage large trading volumes across multiple strategies

Excellent communication and analytical skills

High level of motivation , commitment and ownership of responsibilities

Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Educational Qualifications :

MBA / CA or equivalent professional qualification

Experience Required :

Minimum 2 years in Institutional Equities Derivatives Sales Trading
