Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of modern web-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in MERN stack, deep understanding of solution architecture, and hands-on experience working with AWS cloud services. You will bridge the gap between business goals and engineering execution, ensuring successful product development lifecycle management using Agile methodologies and JIRA.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own product roadmaps, strategy, and release plans aligned with startup goals.
• Work closely with founders, engineers, and designers to build scalable MERN stack applications.
• Translate product vision into clear, actionable requirements (user stories, epics, tasks).
• Architect high-level solutions with engineering leads, ensuring AWS-native design and scalability.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery using JIRA.
• Make data-driven product decisions and prioritize based on customer feedback and business impact.
• Ensure performance, security, and DevOps best practices are embedded in product delivery.
