Provide constructive, actionable feedback to inspire continuous improvement and drive higher team performance.

Manage conflict, foster team cohesion, and maintain transparent stakeholder communications to support business objectives.

Clearly articulate quality issues and collaborate effectively with product owners, operations, and development teams to resolve dependencies and process challenges.

Guide and drive QA Center of Excellence (COE) initiatives, building best-in-class practices and encouraging innovation.

Communicate key project plans, commitments, and scope changes proactively to all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Apply thorough knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices, with hands-on experience in leading automation tools such as Selenium and Playwright.

Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks, including use of TestNG, data-driven approaches, and BDD.

Proficient in programming languages like Java, C#, JavaScript, and Python for advanced test automation development.

Set up and manage CI / CD pipelines for seamless automation execution and deployment, integrating with leading systems and tools.

Hire and grow QA teams, nurture individual skills, foster adaptability, and help teams positively embrace and implement change while working independently and cross-functionally.
