From managing multiple brand calendars to crafting engaging content ideas, you’ll be at the center of everything social. Responsibilities :

Manage multiple brand handles, ensuring consistent posting, tone, and quality across platforms.

Plan and maintain monthly content calendars, aligning with brand goals and campaign timelines.

Lead content ideation and strategy, bringing creative concepts to the table for reels, stories, and static posts.

Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and platform updates.

Leverage AI tools for ideation, captioning, research, and performance optimization.

Act as the point of contact (POC) for clients — ensuring smooth communication, feedback management, and timely delivery.

Collaborate closely with the design and copy teams for cohesive content execution.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategy.

Requirements :

Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (for scheduling, insights, or ideation).

Ability to think creatively and strategically.

Comfortable with on-ground content creation and quick ideation for shoots.

Strong organizational and team coordination skills.

Nice to Have :

Experience in running paid social media campaigns.

Basic understanding of design and copy direction.

Familiarity with influencer marketing or collaborations.
