Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Social Media Manager in a hybrid work environment, based in Noida, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to engage audiences and grow the organization's online presence. Key responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating and curating content, implementing social media optimization (SMO) techniques, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Proficiency in crafting and implementing Content Strategy related to social media
• Excellent Communication and Writing abilities
• Prior experience managing social media channels for brands or platforms
• Ability to analyze social media trends and performance metrics
• Creative and strategic thinking, with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Location : No work from Home (3 days office, either Noida or Bengaluru office)

Compensation : ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 / month

Type : Full-time / Internship / Fresher

Stipend for interns : Work from Home : 3K, Work from office : 10K

Fresher Job : 25K to 30K

Duration : 3–6 Months (extendable) for internship
