Employment Type : Full-Time

Compensation : Fixed + Variable (Performance Linked)

Reports To : Services Sales Manager

Role Summary :

Responsible for lead generation, qualification and proposal support for IT infrastructure services including cloud, managed services and security.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate and qualify leads
  • Support proposals and RFP responses
  • Maintain CRM updates and pipeline discipline
  • Drive installed base expansion
  • Work with OEM and partner ecosystem

Candidate Profile :

  • Graduate or MBA preferred
  • 3–6 years of sales experience in IT industry
  • Good communication and customer engagement skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
