Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our EdTech team in Thrissur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through school visits, lead generation, marketing activities, and exam conduction coordination.
Key Responsibilities :
- School Outreach : Conduct regular visits to schools to introduce and promote our EdTech products and services.
- Lead Generation : Identify and generate qualified leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and digital channels.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, educators, and decision-makers.
- Marketing & Promotion : Execute local marketing initiatives and campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Examination Conduction : Coordinate and manage examination logistics in schools, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
- Sales Target Achievement : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and lead generation targets.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and customer interactions. Prepare weekly progress reports.
Requirements :
