About the Role
We are seeking a motivated
Assessment Design Intern
to support the creation and enhancement of high-quality assessment tools for K-12 students. The role involves working closely with the product and content teams to design, review, and refine assessments that align with learning objectives and skill outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in designing and structuring assessments, quizzes, and evaluation frameworks.
Research best practices in assessment and question design (objective and subjective).
Analyze learner performance data to improve assessment quality.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and product designers to ensure academic rigor and clarity.
Support validation and pilot testing of new assessments.
Eligibility & Skills
Pursuing or recently completed
post-graduation or graduation
in Management, Education, Psychology, or related fields.
Strong academic credentials with analytical skills.
Keen interest in
assessment design , learning science, or educational product development.
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative data.
