Associate Product Manager

Location : Bangalore (India)

Experience : 3+ years

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Product Strategy & Roadmap Development : Collaborate with senior product managers to create the product strategy and actionable roadmap.
• Liaise with Engineering & UI / UX Teams : Work with engineering, UI / UX teams to translate product requirements into functional designs.
• Customer Research : Analyze customer needs and market trends to drive product enhancements and new features.
• Product Analytics : Track and monitor key product metrics and KPIs across all Aurigo product lines, aligning them with organizational goals. Leverage Pendo and transactional data to build and analyze these metrics.
• Product Growth : Identify and implement adoption and growth strategies to enhance the acquisition and retention funnel for individual products.
• RFP Management : Take ownership of RFP Pipeline management and ensure cross team collaboration to ensure accurate RFP responses are provided in defined timelines.
