We are seeking a versatile Accounts Cum HR professional to manage daily accounting, billing, and payroll, as well as core HR and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Tally, GST, and MS Office and will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and compliance while supporting our team's needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting & Finance :
- Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Process invoices, expenses, and payments.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist with preparing financial statements and reports.
- Handle tax calculations and ensure timely filing .
- Manage all aspects of daily accounting, billing, and payroll .
- Human Resources & Administration :
- Handle a range of HR functions, including recruitment and employee records .
- Manage general administrative tasks.
- Support various HR activities as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
