DXFactor - Quality Assurance Engineer - Performance Testing

Role Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic QA Engineer to join our growing team in Noida.

You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products across web, mobile, and API platforms.

This involves working closely with development and product teams to understand requirements, create comprehensive test plans and test cases, execute tests, identify and report defects, and contribute to the overall improvement of our software Responsibilities :

• Collaborate closely with development and product management teams to thoroughly understand and interpret complex use cases and user stories.
• Derive and create comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases based on analyzed requirements and use cases.
• Execute manual test cases across web, mobile (Android and / or iOS), and API platforms.
• Review automated test results, identify discrepancies, and analyze them to pinpoint the root cause of failures.
• Accurately report defects and other issues encountered during testing that affect the software product's performance, functionality, and overall quality.
• Develop and maintain relevant test data and test data generators as needed.
• Analyze test results, identify trends, and prepare clear and concise reports summarizing test execution status and findings.
• Categorize and track both new and existing defects in a defect tracking system, providing sufficient information for developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Contribute to the recommendation of fixes and improvements for future software releases based on identified defects and testing insights.
• Provide accurate and timely test metrics around the results of executed test cycles to stakeholders.
• Effectively control and manage your own daily test activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Organize and maintain the test script library, ensuring proper version control and Skills :
• Genuine interest and aptitude for working in Manual Testing across Web, Mobile (Android and / or iOS), and API platforms.
• Strong academic record throughout your :

Bachelor of Engineering (B.E), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Master of Computer Applications (MCA) with a focus on Computers, or any other equivalent degree in Computer Science or related Skills :
