About the Role

We’re looking for a

visionary Video Editor (AI Content Creation)

who can merge creativity, storytelling, and technology to craft cinematic learning experiences.

If you can edit long-form content, generate AI visuals and avatars, replicate existing video styles, and bring stories to life with a balance of logic and emotion — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Edit

long-form and short-form videos

including case studies, tutorials, explainers, and creative content

Work with traditional tools :

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro

Create

AI-driven visuals and avatars

using

Sora, Google Veo3, Runway, Midjourney, HeyGen, and ElevenLabs

Replicate and enhance existing video styles using AI to maintain cinematic consistency

Generate scripts and concepts aligned with project goals and brand storytelling

Develop

storyboards and visual flow

before production

Design and animate

motion graphics, infographics, and visual data representations

Perform

sound design, music editing, and voice synchronization

for immersive content

Ensure narrative accuracy, pacing, and viewer retention throughout long-form edits

Maintain a clear

file and project structure

for smooth collaboration and version control

⚙️ Required Skills & Expertise

Expertise in

Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro

Proficiency with

AI tools :

Sora, Google Veo3, Runway, Midjourney, HeyGen, and ElevenLabs

Experience in

long-form content editing

(documentary, case study, tutorial, explainer)

Strong understanding of

visual storytelling, pacing, and rhythm

Skilled in

motion graphics, sound design, and music layering

Ability to

generate scripts, concepts, and AI avatars

aligned with storytelling goals

Strong grasp of

content strategy, audience psychology, and educational storytelling flow

Highly organized with excellent project management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in

video editing and content creation

Experience in

AI-assisted video workflows

and

avatar-based storytelling

Familiarity with

AI scriptwriting and generative content ideation tools

Creative curiosity to explore new visual and AI innovations

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a

remote setup

who loves to experiment with visuals, sound, and AI.

You can edit a documentary in Premiere, design motion graphics in After Effects, and generate stunning visuals in Runway or Veo3 — all while crafting stories that connect deeply with audiences.
