Job Summary

The Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain

operations including procurement, inventory management, vendor coordination, logistics, and material

planning. The role ensures smooth and timely availability of materials while reducing costs and improving

overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor End-to-End Supply chain operations.

Vendor & supplier coordination.

Procurement & Material planning.

Logistics & Distribution Operations.

Inventory & warehouse management.

Quality Assurance & Quality Control.

Maintain records of shipments, invoices and order tracking.

Support process optimization and cost reduction initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's / Masters degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or inventory management. (Experience in

FMCG / Manufacturing / Distribution industry preferred)

Good knowledge of supply chain processes and documentation.

Knowledge of GST, transport documentation, and warehouse practices.

Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and inventory systems.

Required Skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Cost accounting skills, ability to understand financial statement.
