We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Amazon seller account management and eCommerce marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end Amazon operations, ensuring smooth product listings, optimizing visibility, and driving sales growth while maintaining account health.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage Amazon Seller Central account(s) including product listings, variations, and catalog optimization.
• Create, edit, and optimize product listings with proper titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, and A+ content.
• Monitor account health, resolve policy violations, and handle customer feedback / claims.
• Track and analyze sales performance, inventory, and marketing campaigns (PPC, Sponsored Ads).
• Research competitors, keywords, and market trends to improve ranking and sales.
• Coordinate with design / content teams for images, infographics, and enhanced brand content.
• Manage returns, reimbursements, and FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) operations.
• Expand product presence to other marketplaces (Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.) if required.
