Latrobe Community Health Service has introduced a graduate program, supporting graduates to make the transition from student to confident health professional!
The 12 month program provides graduates an opportunity to move across multiple allied health programs within the organisation, to help you identify where you feel you fit as you continue your career! At Latrobe Community Health Service we’re committed to ensuring that our graduates receive the support and tools they need to become confident, reflective and effective interdisciplinary clinicians.

As a Speech Pathologist in :
IPHS Metro you will work closely with clients and their families to create both; personalised programs and group work. The role involves mostly centre-based work, including the assessment, diagnosis, development and management of paediatric clients in partnership with their families, carers and other service providers.
Paediatric and Youth Hub you will work across the community going into kindergartens and Schools to work with educators and families, helping children get the most out of their early education, by focussing on communication and wellbeing.
