Responsibilities
Acting as a strategic advisor to drive business results
Act as a change agent to drive and manage organizational change initiatives within the sales team
Ensure end to end recruitment for Sales Managers, Sales Officers and Frontliners on third party payroll
Facilitate training and development programs to build management capability and improve sales staff skills
Drive interventions to keep employees engaged
Managing performance management process for the respective stakeholders
Qualifications
Having MBA Degree
2 - 3 years of experience as HRBP along with experience in handling sales workforce
Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
Proficient in Stakeholder Management
