We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a proven track record in real estate sales, specifically flats, villas, and residential projects.The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for flats, villas, and plotted developments.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and direct clients.
Conduct project presentations, site visits, and client meetings to close deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional campaigns.
Prepare weekly / monthly sales reports and market analysis.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales service.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and customer preferences.
Requirements :
Education : MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration (mandatory).
Experience : Minimum 7 years of experience in real estate sales (flats and villas).
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in the real estate sector.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred).
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.
Excellent client relationship management and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with premium or luxury residential projects.
Fluency in English and local languages (Tamil / Malayalam, as applicable).
Existing network with brokers, channel partners, and NRI clients.
