Clyptus - Account manager

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned clients, ensuring excellent client servicing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive client satisfaction and retention.
• Understand client needs, challenges, and business goals to provide tailored solutions.
• Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, product) to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Track account performance, prepare reports, and present insights to clients.
• Resolve client issues and escalate when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications, contracts, and activities in CRM & Skills
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of proven experience in account management, client servicing, or relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust and manage relationships at all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
• Results-driven, with the ability to meet and exceed client expectations
