PHP / Wordpress Developer

SentientGeeks is looking for an experienced PHP WordPress Developer to join our team on an urgent basis.

The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in PHP and WordPress development, with proven expertise in building and customizing plugins, widgets, and themes.

Hands-on experience with GraphQL and a strong command over database queries (MySQL / SQL) are essential.

• Familiarity with React.js will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
• 3+ years of strong proficiency in PHP and WordPress CMS.
• Proven experience in plugin and widget development.
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of database queries (MySQL / SQL optimization and troubleshooting).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, plugins, and widgets.
• Implement and optimize GraphQL APIs for seamless data exchange.
• Write and fine-tune database queries to ensure performance, speed, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical

solutions.
