Job Purpose : Program Manager - Projects will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the Data Centres sector. This role involves managing budgets, resources, and timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring project success through effective risk management and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Project Management :

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple data centre projects. Ensure projects meet objectives, scope, and deliverables.

Budget Management

Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve successful completion. Monitor and control expenditures and resource allocation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and deliverables. Ensure effective integration of project components.

Risk Management

Identify and mitigate project risks. Proactively address issues that may impact project delivery and success.

Stakeholder Management

Report project status, key milestones, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. Maintain clear and consistent communication.

Vendor Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to drive project success and satisfaction.

Process Improvement

Implement project management best practices. Contribute to process improvements within the organization.

Mentorship

Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams. Foster a culture of high performance and accountability.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout the lifecycle.

Brand Positioning

Ensure Adani&aposs brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization&aposs brand and trust within the market and company.

Team Development

Build a high-performing team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success. Tracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital business success.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Work Experience

12-15 years of experience in program management, specifically within the Data Centres / heavy infrastructure projects industry

Certifications

PMP certification is preferred.
