Job descriptionMinimum 8-9 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in a similar role. Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including premium acquisition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions.
We are looking for a skilled Premium Acquisition Manager with 8-9 years of experience to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank in the BFSI industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire premium customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
