Roles and Responsibility : Analytical / Conjugation

Analytical Characterization

Development of assays for Protein and Carbohydrate characterization.

Standardization and optimization of various Biochemical assays.

Immunochemical methods of analyses such as ELISA, SDS-PAGE, slot blotting and Western blotting.

Instrumental methods of analyses such as LC-MS, Protein sequencing, HPLC, ELISA reader, AKTA, Spectrophotometer and RT-PCR.

Knowledge and implementation of different need based chromatographic techniques in lab.

Analytical method development for physicochemical characterization of Protein and Polysaccharide based vaccines.

Conjugation / DSP Process Development

Execute chemical conjugation experiments for polysaccharide–protein and other vaccine platforms.

Support optimization of reaction parameters (e.g., molar ratios, pH, buffers, coupling agents).

Perform quenching, purification, and yield improvement studies.

Operate and optimize purification techniques (UF / DF, chromatography, precipitation, filtration).

Support scale-up studies from bench to pilot level.

Ensure consistency in product yield, recovery, and purity.

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain detailed experiment records, data integrity, and lab notebooks.

Support in preparation of technical reports, SOPs, and batch manufacturing records.

Ensure compliance of internal quality standards.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with upstream, formulation, analytical, and quality teams for seamless project execution.
