Costing & Budgeting
- Develop and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for real estate projects
- Prepare and validate Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Conduct rate estimations and ensure cost optimization
- Lead costing, budgeting, and billing activities for real estate projects
- Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure adherence to approved budgets
- Perform detailed analysis of project cost components including materials, labor, and overheads
- Prepare comprehensive cost plans aligned with project timelines and milestones
- Conduct variance analysis, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain cost efficiency without compromising quality
Billing & Payments
Oversee complete billing process for contractors, vendors, and consultantsValidate invoices against approved work orders and ensure timely processingPrepare and review interim and final bills in compliance with project and contractual termsCoordinate with project teams to ensure accurate measurements and certifications of work completedManage payment schedules and ensure timely disbursement of fundsResolve billing discrepancies and maintain accurate financial documentationReporting & Compliance

Proven experience in BOQ preparation, rate estimation, and billing processesPrior experience in handling teams including on-roll and off-roll resourcesExperience in managing MEP and additional resource requirements based on business needsCandidates currently consulting for Godrej are not eligibleKey Skills & Competencies
