What Your Role Entails

To design, develop, and validate embedded control systems that enable efficient, reliable, and intelligent operation of air conditioning products. The role focuses on developing firmware and integrating hardware that controls various system components such as compressors, motors, sensors, and communication interfaces, ensuring optimal performance, energy efficiency, and product quality.

What You’ll Do :

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for air conditioner control systems (indoor and outdoor units).
• Implement and optimize control algorithms for expansion valve operations.
• Integrate firmware with hardware components such as sensors, motors, and inverter drives.
• Collaborate with the hardware and mechanical teams for PCB bring-up and system validation.
• Perform functional, performance, and endurance testing of control boards.
• Identify and resolve software / hardware integration issues during prototype and validation phases.
• Support EMI / EMC testing and implement required firmware countermeasures.
• Fine-tune control parameters to achieve better system efficiency, performance, and reliability.
• Prepare and maintain design documents, test plans, release notes, and change logs.
• Ensure all development activities comply with company coding standards and quality processes.
• Work closely with the testing, hardware, and production teams during development and validation.

Where you’ll be

This role is based in Hinjawadi, Pune but initial few months the role will be based in Kapurbawdi, Thane.
