Both are scaling fast, and we need someone who can pour fuel on this fire.

Own end-to-end performance marketing for two high-growth consumer apps. You'll manage 6-7 figure monthly ad budgets across Meta and Google, optimize for CAC and LTV, run experiments at scale, and directly impact millions of users. This isn't a role where you "manage agencies"—you'll be in the trenches building campaigns, analyzing data, and making decisions that move the needle daily.

• 3-4+ years of performance marketing experience at consumer-facing companies that actually scaled
• Proven track record running Meta and Google Ads at significant scale (₹50L+ monthly spend)
• Deep understanding of funnel optimization, cohort analysis, and unit economics
• Experience with app install campaigns and mobile attribution platforms
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to move fast and break things (responsibly)
• Available for immediate joining
• Bonus : Experience in edtech, social, or vernacular consumer apps

You'll work directly with founders, own real P&L impact, and help shape products used by millions across India. We're profitable, growing 20-30% MoM, and building for the next billion users. Plus, you'll actually have fun doing this.
