- Develops and implements account plans and approaches in line with the overall strategyformulated by the Sub director.
- Responsible for the assigned area in the business model regarding revenue,strategy & execute the strategy defined by the Sub region director.
- Provides professional and exceptional client service in all interactions with clients.
- Identifies and generates new business opportunities in end user segments and inServices.
- Responsible for opportunities funnel, hit ratio, profitability.
- Implements agreed price strategy of Subregion BM to avoiding internal price competition in co-operation with Global Key account & National key account.
- Maintaining impactful relationship with stakeholders and enhancing customer centricitywithin the organization.
- Identify the customers future needs and issues to provide the right solutions.
- Cooperation during introduction of new solutions / services with the sub region director.
- To prepare and submit reports to management on time.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Your profile
Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation engineering, or a related field.8-10+ years of sales experience, with a significant portion in handling End-user / OEM customers.Experience in Sales or Marketing or business development with end user customersBenefits :
