Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
8+ years of experience as an Oracle Financial Functional Consultant.
Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle implementations of Oracle EBS or Fusion Cloud Financials.
Deep understanding of finance business processes and regulatory requirements (GAAP / IFRS).
Strong proficiency in Oracle R12 and / or Oracle Cloud Financials (preferred modules : GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
Exposure to integrations with third-party systems (e.g., banks, tax engines, payroll, procurement).
Familiarity with tools like AIM, OUM, or Oracle Unified Methodology.
Preferred Skills & Certifications :
Oracle Cloud Financials Certification(s)
Functional Knowledge of Oracle Reporting tools (OTBI, FRS, Smart View, BI Publisher)
Experience in Multi-Org, Multi-Currency, Multi-Ledger setups
Understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls
Strong presentation, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
