Role : JDA (Blue Yonder) Technical and Functional Consultant

Location : Pune, India

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced JDA (now Blue Yonder) Consultant to join our team in Pune. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and functional understanding of JDA / Blue Yonder supply chain planning and execution solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading implementation projects, providing technical support, and collaborating with clients to optimize their supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities Consulting :

  • Lead client workshops and meetings to gather business requirements for JDA / Blue Yonder modules (e.g., Demand, ESP, Fulfillment, S&OP).
  • Perform gap analysis and translate business requirements into detailed functional design documents.
  • Configure and prototype JDA applications to meet client-specific needs.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation.
  • Provide functional support during and after go-live, and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).

Technical Consulting :

  • Design, develop, and test technical solutions, including integrations, extensions, and reports using JDA's technical tools.
  • Work with technologies such as SQL, PL / SQL, Unix scripting, and other relevant programming languages to develop and maintain solutions.
  • Perform data migration, data loading, and ensure data integrity within the JDA environment.
  • Debug and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Manage code deployments and adhere to best practices for source control and release management.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3 to 7 years of professional experience in JDA / Blue Yonder implementations or support.
  • Deep functional knowledge of one or more JDA / Blue Yonder modules is essential.
  • Strong technical skills in SQL, PL / SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., Unix Shell).
  • Experience with supply chain planning and / or execution processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with global teams
