Interior Designer

As part of our growing team, we are looking for an experienced Interior Designer with a passion for 3D visualization. Key Responsibilities :

3D Design & Visualization : Create detailed, photorealistic 3D interior models using 3ds Max with V-Ray rendering for both residential and commercial spaces.

Concept Development : Collaborate with clients and design teams to develop creative, functional concepts that meet project requirements.

Space Planning & Layouts : Develop efficient layouts using SketchUp for quick iterations, refining concepts as needed.

Material Selection & Texturing : Apply materials, textures, and lighting techniques to produce high-quality renderings.

Project Coordination : Work closely with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure designs are feasible and meet project timelines.

Client Presentations : Prepare and present design concepts and revisions to clients, incorporating feedback as required.

Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 3 years in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D renders.

Software Proficiency : Advanced knowledge of 3ds Max (preferred), with experience in V-Ray and SketchUp.

Skills : Strong understanding of design principles, material selection, and lighting techniques.

Attention to Detail : Ability to produce accurate and precise models and renderings.

Communication : Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and project stakeholders.
