Experience : 1–3 years (candidates with more than 3 years may be considered if the budget allows)

Location : Mahadevapura, Bangalore (On-site)

Working Hours : Monday to Saturday, 9 : 30 AM to 6 : 30 PM | Sunday Off

Yellow Tree Interiors is a creative interior design studio based in Bangalore, known for delivering high-quality, thoughtful, and functional design solutions. We are seeking a motivated Interior Designer who can take ownership of projects and deliver exceptional results.

Core Responsibilities

• Gather and define project requirements through effective client and team collaboration.
• Create mood boards and assist senior designers with design presentations.
• Develop 3D models using SketchUp and produce high-quality renders.
• Research and finalize materials, finishes, and products for each project.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design accuracy.
• Visit vendor showrooms to explore new products and maintain vendor relationships.
• Take full ownership and accountability for all assigned design activities.
• Lead and manage client meetings as well as internal design discussions effectively.
• Proactively drive all project activities while seeking support when necessary.
• Determine site visit requirements for non-premium projects and ensure attendance for premium ones.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
• Submit all project deliverables on schedule to both clients and internal teams.
• Report project progress using Zoho Projects and communicate updates via WhatsApp as needed.
• Handle complete client management during the design phase and provide support beyond project completion.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, sales, and marketing teams for design inputs, content creation, and cost estimations.
• Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients and team members regarding project status and updates.
