Description : Job Purpose
We are looking for an AM / Deputy Manager - HR (Talent Acquisition & HRBP) to drive recruitment and provide strategic HR business support.
This role combines Talent Acquisition (TA) attracting and hiring the best talent, and HR Business Partnering (HRBP) delivering effective HR solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition (TA) :
- Implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networks.
- Ensure closures within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Create a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
HR Business Partnering (HRBP) :
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.Develop and implement HR plans to drive performance and outcomes.Support talent management succession planning, development, and retention.Drive performance management processes effectively.Support organizational change management Skills & Competencies :Recruitment Strategy & Sourcing.Talent Acquisition & Retention.HR Business Partnering.Performance & Talent Management.Change Management Support.Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills.Relationship Building & Stakeholder Management.Analytical & Data-Driven Decision Making.Problem Solving & Critical Thinking.Time Management & Multi-tasking.MIS & Reporting (Excel, PPT).Continuous Improvement Mindset.Qualifications & Experience :
Education : MBA in HR (Diploma in HR preferred).
Experience : 2-5 years in HR (minimum 2 years relevant in TA & HRBP).
Industry Preference : Solar / Renewable Energy or related sectors.
