Durapid Technologies - ServiceNow Business Analyst

Required Skills & Experience :

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the telco business and preferably in B2B.
• Understanding of wireline connectivity, networks, BSS and OSS concepts.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio management, business process modelling, and requirement engineering.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe) and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
• Ability to work across multiple domains (IT, process, and business) with an end-to-end perspective.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; German is an advantage.
