Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute high-performing lead generation strategies across email marketing, , and other digital channels.
- Identify, research, and qualify prospects that align with the ideal client profile.
- Plan, manage, and implement outreach campaigns to drive interest, engagement, and conversions.
- Conduct effective cold emailing, prospecting, and follow-up sequences to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date lead database to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach approaches.
- Perform detailed market research to uncover new business opportunities and optimize lead generation processes.
- Ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality, marketing-qualified leads.
Requirements :
2–3 years of experience in lead generation for Domestic & international markets.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with potential clients.Proven expertise in email marketing and -based outreach strategies.Prior experience in marketing or digital marketing agencies is highly preferred.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Hands-on proficiency with tools such as Apollo, Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, or similar platforms.Ability to craft compelling, audience-specific outreach messages.Self-driven, target-focused, and capable of delivering consistent results independently.Experience using CRM systems for managing and tracking lead pipelines.Familiarity with CRMs like Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a plus.
