Associate

This position is with the patents practice at Saikrishna & Associates, which would involve both non contentious work (70%) and contentious work (30%), which includes IPO and High Court. Typical assigments would include parsing technical aspects of patents, keeping up with evolving jurisprudence and value addition to assignments.

• Research industry and market dynamics
• Conduct modeling and financial analyses
• Participate in writing financial reports
• Monitor and manage the performance of portfolio companies
• Assist in financial planning efforts
